In the Music Resource Guide, on page 33, column 1, in the 1st sentence under the header “The Reign of Terror,” “National Assembly” should be corrected to read “National Convention.” This same change should be made to the 3rd sentence of the same paragraph. |

In the Music Basic Guide, on page 6, Figure 1.4 is labeled incorrectly. The second harmonic shown should be labeled “Second Harmonic” and the third harmonic shown should be labeled “Third Harmonic.” |

In the Music Resource Guide, on page 21, the last four sentences of the 1st paragraph should read:
“Meanwhile, the Count has threatened to banish the young pageboy Cherubino from the court because the youth had been making advances toward the Countess. Cherubino runs to Susanna to tell her his problems, but they are interrupted by the Count, who attempts once again to seduce Susanna. Cherubino hides behind a chair, and the Count, in turn, must hide when Basiliothe meddlesome music teacher who has come to gossip with Susannaarrives. Not wanting to be discovered alone with either the Count or Cherubino, Susanna hides Cherubino underneath a dress draped over a large chair, while the Count hides behind the same chair, still not having yet seen Cherubino.”
On the same page, the 1st sentence of the 2nd paragraph should read:
“…the Count (who has just emerged from his hiding place and shouts, “I heard it all!”), Basilio, Susanna, andstill hiding for the momentCherubino….”
And, the 1st sentence of the description of Section I should read: “The Count emerges from hiding, outraged….”
